All rates are quoted per person in US DOLLARS ($), based on twin occupancy. Please note that all dates & rates are subject to change. The voyage operator reserves the right to cancel any departure due to insufficient reservations up to four weeks before the date of departure.
Single occupancy:
All cabin types 1.6 times the share price.
Fares include:
- Voyage aboard the indicated vessel as indicated in the itinerary
- All meals throughout the voyage aboard the ship including snacks, coffee and tea
- All shore excursions and activities throughout the voyage by Zodiac
- Program of lectures by noted naturalists and leadership by experienced expedition staff
- Onboard gratuities
- Complimentary rubber boot rental program
- Complimentary PSE Maritime Expedition Outer Shell (jacket custom designed for the layering concept)
- All miscellaneous service taxes and port charges throughout the programme
- Comprehensive pre-departure material.
Not included:
- Any airfare, whether on scheduled or charter flights
- Pre- and post land arrangements
- Transport to and from M/V Polar Star
- Pre and post cruise activities
- Hotels and meals not included in the ship cruise itinerary
- Emergency evacuation charges
- Passport and visa expenses
- Government arrival and departure taxes
- Personal expenses including laundry, postage, personal clothing requirements, medical expenses, personal travel insurance and items of a personal nature such as bar charges (alcohol, bottled water, sodas), communication costs (phone, fax, email) and shop purchases.
- Baggage, cancellation and personal insurance ( which is strongly recommended)
- Excess baggage charges and all items of a personal nature such as laundry, bar, beverage charges and telecommunication charges
The voyage operator (Polar Star Expeditions) reserves the right to raise the agreed price (on the grounds of among other things, unforeseeable increases of e.g. exchange rates, duties, taxes, port fees and fuel prices) if considered necessary. New Horizon Expeditions, on behalf of the operator, will inform passengers at least 30 days prior to departure. In the case of a price increase of more than 5% of the total price of the trip, passengers are entitled to cancel the trip without incurring any costs.
