All rates are quoted per person in EURO (€), based on twin occupancy. Please note that all dates & rates are subject to change. All voyages will operate subject to a minimum of 30 participants on the Prof. Molchanov and Prof. Multanovskiy, 50 participants on the Antarctic Dream, 70 participants on the Plancius and 14 participants on the Noorderlicht.
Single occupancy:
All cabin types 1.8 times the share price.
Fares include:
- Voyage aboard the indicated vessel as indicated in the itinerary
- All meals throughout the voyage aboard the ship including snacks, coffee and tea
- All shore excursions and activities throughout the voyage by Zodiac
- Program of lectures by noted naturalists and leadership by experienced expedition staff
- Some transfers to airport/vessel/airport depending on itinerary and flight arrival times
- All miscellaneous service taxes and port charges throughout the programme
- Comprehensive pre-departure material
Not included:
- Any airfare, whether on scheduled or charter flights
- Pre- and post land arrangements
- Pre and post cruise activities
- Hotels and meals not included in the ship cruise itinerary
- Emergency evacuation charges
- Passport and visa expenses
- Government arrival and departure taxes
- Personal expenses including laundry, postage, personal clothing requirements, medical expenses, personal travel insurance and items of a personal nature such as bar charges (alcohol, bottled water, sodas), communication costs (phone, fax, email) and shop purchases.
- Baggage, cancellation and personal insurance ( which is strongly recommended)
- Excess baggage charges and all items of a personal nature such as laundry, bar, beverage charges and telecommunication charges
- Customary gratuity at the end of the voyages for stewards and other service personnel aboard ( guidelines will be provided)
It is agreed that if world fuel prices will reach or exceed US Dollar 80 per Barrel Brent 90 days prior to departure, New Horizon Expeditions, on behalf of the voyage operator, Oceanwide Expeditions, reserves the right to levy a fuel surcharge of EURO 16 per passenger per night.
